PAYMENT INFORMATION
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide clients with statements that can be used to file for reimbursement for any out-of-network benefits they may have. Please call for information about my fee schedule. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Credit cards are processed online using Square; invoices are sent via secure email.
MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
Once an appointment is scheduled, a full 48-hours’ advance notice is required to cancel the appointment without charge. This means, for example, that if your appointment is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, you must cancel it no later than 10:00 a.m. the preceding Wednesday in order not to incur the fee. A client who misses a scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) or who cancels a scheduled appointment with less than a full 48-hours’ notice for any reason, will be billed a Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Fee of $75. This fee is not billable to insurance. Thank you in advance for your understanding of the importance of attending all scheduled appointments, and for your courtesy—both to me and to my other clients--in providing as much notice as possible when canceling or changing appointments.
